RETURN POLICY

Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff while processing your returns, which has caused delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We take pride in offering exceptional jewelry and want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why JivaJourney gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, and damage-free items within 30 days from the order date.

Return Guidelines:

  • Original Packaging: The original packaging must be included with the returned items. If the original packaging is missing, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Return Timeframe:

    • Within 14 Days: Items postmarked within 14 days of the order date are eligible for a full refund.
    • 14–30 Days: Items postmarked between 14 and 30 days from the order date are eligible for store credit only.
    • After 30 Days: Returns postmarked beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@jivajourney.com. A customer service representative will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

FINAL SALES, SAMPLE SALES, LIMITED EDITIONS, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALES CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
